This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should therefore be read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my shipping & delivery options?
- In-store pickup
- Delivery at your premises within India
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday from 11 am to 4:30 pm IST. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup.
We will dispatch your order from 2 days to 3 months, subject to stock availability. (Advance received, if any, shall be refunded in 7 to 14 working days in case of stock unavailability for reasons beyond our scope.)
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with your tracking information.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
- Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Monday to Saturday.
- Shipments to Army addresses require additional processing and delivery time.
- Shipments to ODA (out-of-delivery-area) locations require additional processing and delivery time.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
